Kevin Hawkins

Board Member

Kevin oversees certain aspects of Crown Automotive Group’s operations, while developing and implementing growth strategies for the businesses. He also spearheads automotive acquisitions and new business opportunities. Kevin’s automotive career began in 1990, soon after his graduation from Florida State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Real Estate in 1987.

Kevin founded Mid-Atlantic Financial in 1991, leading its origination and servicing of over $3 billion in non-prime automobile loans. Mid-Atlantic has offices in Clearwater, FL and Houston, TX and is a leading provider of non-prime loans for franchised and independent dealerships throughout the US.

Kevin also founded CallPass Tech LLC in 2007, Lana Logistics in 2012, and serves as Chairman of these businesses that manufacture GPS tracking solutions for commerce, shipping, freight, and consumer logistics. Current clients include AT&T and Fed Ex.

Kevin’s dedication to community service is important to him as well, as he serves on the John Hopkins/All Children’s Hospital Board of Trustees, the FSU Business School Financial Board, and the Habitat for Humanity Advisory Board. Kevin served as Board Chairman for Carlouel Yacht Club from 2019-2020, and Board member from 2017-2020. He was Vice Chair of St. Paul’s School Board of Directors from 2007-2009, and a Center for Women Board Member from 2001-2004.

Kevin and Angela Hawkins have been married for 33 years, and have daughters Whitney (married to Sam Goodman), Cassidy, and son Dalton. They are the proud grandparents of Milo Goodman. When not working, Kevin loves to spearfish, hunt, tour wine country, raise French bulldogs, and spend time with his family.
